2. Data we do not collect

When you use Lumos, we do not:

• Collect your name, email address or contact details
• Collect your precise location
• Track you across other apps or websites
• Store data on external servers or cloud services
• Share data with advertisers or data brokers

3. Information stored on your device

Lumos may store certain preferences locally on your device in order to provide its core features. Examples include:

• Alarm times and schedule settings
• Selected sounds, volume and brightness preferences
• Toggle options related to motivational messages or routines

This information is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us. You can remove it at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. Third-party services

Lumos does not currently integrate with analytics platforms, advertising networks, or other third-party services that collect personal data.

If we decide to add third-party services in the future (for example, analytics or optional ads), this Privacy Policy will be updated and, where required, we will ask for your consent.

5. Purchases and freemium model

Lumos may introduce a freemium model in the future, allowing you to unlock additional content or features through in-app purchases at an affordable one-time price.

If and when in-app purchases are added:

• Purchases will be processed via Google Play and handled under Google’s own terms and policies.
• We will update this Privacy Policy to clearly describe any data processed as part of that flow.

At this moment, no in-app purchases or payment data are collected or processed by Lumos.

6. Children’s privacy

Lumos is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

7. Your rights and control

Because Lumos does not collect personal data on its own servers, you remain in full control:

• You can modify or delete your alarm and routine settings within the app at any time.
• You can delete all app data by uninstalling Lumos from your device.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect:

• New features or functionality in the app
• Changes in legal or regulatory requirements
• Integration of third-party services or payment options

When we do so, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you within the app.
